As the Associate Project Manager, you are responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, and be well-adept with finance, operations, management, and documentation. You will lead, execute company projects, research, manage, and ensure timely completion, using your strong, well-developed inter-department communication and external communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage acquisition and development due diligence initiatives and implementation via task lists, managing multiple internal and external stakeholders in timely fashion and reporting back and managing progress of each deliverable under tight timeframes for execution.
- Manage projects in various areas by planning, implementing, establishing KPIs, and follow up.
- Managing and administering residential lease agreements with managers at the sites and ensuring they have the latest documentation
- Managing and administering insurance agreements and processing claims as required.
- Coordination of strategic initiatives and working with senior leadership on assignments as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned to support operational requirements
- Completion of post-secondary education with a project management (PMP) designation or working towards completion
- Office administration or analyst experience considered an asset
- Paralegal or legal assistant experience is considered an asset
